Privacy Policy
Introduction
Ledgr is a private, single-user financial management application operated by Alex Santiago for personal use only. This privacy policy describes how data is handled.
Data Collected
Ledgr collects financial account data via Plaid (transactions, balances, and account metadata), OCR-processed pay statements uploaded by the owner, and manually entered budget targets, goals, and debt tracking information.
How Data Is Stored
All data is stored on private infrastructure operated by the owner. SQLite databases are located on an Azure virtual machine owned and administered by the operator. No data is replicated to third-party services beyond the transit from Plaid to the application.
Who Has Access
Only the owner (Alex Santiago) has access to the data. No other individuals, employees, contractors, or third parties are granted access.
Data Sharing and Sales
Data is never shared with, sold to, or used by any third party for any purpose. Ledgr does not serve advertisements, does not participate in data markets, and does not provide analytics to any external service.
Third-Party Services
Ledgr uses the following third-party services: Plaid for bank and credit card connectivity; Tiller for CSV transaction import via Google Sheets; and xAI Grok for LLM inference. No financial data containing personally identifiable information is sent to the LLM — only aggregated, non-PII summaries are used for analysis.
Data Deletion
For data inquiries or deletion requests, contact [email protected].
